Overview

What makes Weflow and Aviso different

Weflow

Weflow fixes your data first, then forecasts on it. The Revenue AI platform, captures activity data into native Salesforce objects, records and transcribes calls, writes structured conversation data into CRM fields, then forecasts on that enriched dataset. The platform is Salesforce-only, modular, and priced per seat with no platform fees.

Aviso

Aviso starts at the intelligence layer: it reads data from 6+ CRMs, billing systems, and data warehouses, then applies 50+ AI agents across forecasting, deal execution, sales engagement, account planning, and CS workflows. It does not capture emails or meetings into native CRM objects, it analyzes what's already there and writes AI outputs (like WinScores and forecast predictions) back. Aviso assumes your data is already there and layers a broad AI operating system on top.

Weflow Advantages

Where Weflow wins

Forecasting build on captured data

Weflow forecasting combines three methods, bottom-up submissions, dynamic-weighted roll-ups, and ML-based AI predictions with seasonality and historical opportunity snapshots, generating an AI-predicted corridor alongside human submissions.

  • Forecasting draws from 50+ deal signals fed by Salesforce CRM data, auto-captured activity data, and conversation intelligence data—forecast accuracy is architecturally tied to capture completeness
  • Independent forecast types with separate cadences: new logo, expansion, renewal
  • Deal-by-deal and rep-by-rep submissions with tracked changes; roll-ups via Salesforce role hierarchy
  • Quotas configurable at org, team, and individual level; built-in forecast accuracy tracking over time

"With Weflow, we forecast within 7% by week 4 of the quarter." — Tibor Stefán, Chief Revenue Officer, Zeotap — Weflow customers

When this matters: Your CRO needs a mid-quarter reforecast they can defend to the board, and your forecast accuracy today is ±20%+ because the underlying activity and deal data is incomplete.

Pipeline governance and process enforcement inside Salesforce

Weflow's AI field-update workflows and pipeline editing respect Salesforce validation rules, field dependencies, permissions, role hierarchy, and custom configurations; critical for MEDDIC/SPICED/BANT enforcement.

  • Configurable deal warnings and alerts based on Salesforce fields and activity data: single-threaded deals, no next meeting, inactivity, stage-gating violations
  • AI deal health scoring (0–100) powered by 50+ signals across CRM data, activity history, and conversation intelligence
  • Pipeline editing via spreadsheet-like inline UI with real-time two-way Salesforce sync; works across standard and custom objects

"We use Weflow to auto-capture activity data, run deal reviews, and analyze our pipeline to inform our forecast. Being able to spot deal risks early has improved win rates, and pipeline health." — Mark Reich, CRO, Lawpilots — Weflow customers

When this matters: You enforce MEDDIC or SPICED in Salesforce and need stage-gating, deal warnings, and AI health scores that respect your existing validation rules—not a parallel system reps ignore.

Conversation intelligence mapped to Salesforce fields

Weflow records, transcribes, and processes conversations across Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet with no usage-based charges on recordings, transcripts, or AI processing.

  • 250+ pre-built AI summary prompts aligned to MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, BANT, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message
  • AI-powered Salesforce field updates from conversations supporting 15+ field types (text, picklist, multi-select, number, currency, date, checkbox); manual review or fully automatic mode
  • Structured coaching scorecards (1–5 ratings) with conditional application by deal stage; clips, playlists, timestamped comments
  • Keyword trackers with historical crawl—new trackers apply retroactively across your entire recording library

When this matters: You need CI that feeds directly into Salesforce methodology fields after every call, and you can't budget for per-minute or per-seat CI overages on top of your revenue platform.

AI assistant and purpose-built agents writing to Salesforce

Ask Weflow AI is a conversational assistant connected to CRM data, activity history, conversations, deal signals, and pipeline analytics—not scoped to a single deal board.

  • Natural-language queries across up to 2,000 pipeline records; unrestricted web access; analyzes uploaded PDFs, images, CSVs
  • 9 purpose-built AI agents: Notetaker, Field Updater, Email Composer, Coach, Deal Reviewer, Deal Predictor, Deal Monitor, Activity Mapper, Forecast Projector
  • Agent outputs write directly to native Salesforce objects respecting validation rules, field dependencies, and permissions
  • Dynamic user enrollment and fully self-service admin console—RevOps controls rollout without vendor dependency

When this matters: You want AI agents that update Salesforce fields, score deals, and project forecasts without requiring a vendor PS engagement to configure each workflow.

Competitor Strength

Where Aviso wins

Multi-CRM support across 6+ platforms

Aviso natively supports Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and Siebel consolidated forecasting and deal intelligence across multi-CRM environments from a single platform.

  • Unified forecasting layer across 6+ CRMs without requiring a single CRM as the system of record
  • Standardizes pipeline visibility and AI deal scoring across teams on different CRMs post-acquisition or by region
  • Documented support for consumption-based forecasting in usage-based revenue models (New Relic case study)

When this matters: Your GTM org runs multiple CRMs across business units or geographies, and you need a single forecasting view that spans Salesforce, Dynamics, and HubSpot without forcing CRM consolidation first.

Built-in sales engagement and virtual SDR

Aviso includes AI Cadences with multi-channel sequences and a Virtual SDR Agent for automated outbound—sales engagement is native to the platform, not a third-party integration.

  • Multi-channel sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS from within the Aviso platform
  • Virtual SDR Agent for automated outbound prospecting workflows
  • Engagement data feeds directly into Aviso's deal intelligence and forecasting signals

When this matters: You're consolidating your sales engagement stack (replacing Outreach or Salesloft) and want sequencing, outbound automation, and revenue intelligence from a single vendor.

Enterprise account planning and relationship intelligence

Aviso provides dedicated account planning capabilities—earnings-call analysis, 10-K report insights, dynamic org charts, and mutual success plans—purpose-built for complex enterprise selling.

  • Dynamic org charts and Relationship Graphs for mapping buying committees; Contact 360 for stakeholder-level engagement tracking
  • Earnings-call analysis and 10-K report insights surfaced at the account level
  • Mutual success plans with Gantt chart tracking for multi-stakeholder deal execution
  • Account maps for visualizing political alignment and coverage gaps

When this matters: Your AEs manage $500K+ enterprise deals with 10+ stakeholders, and they need account-level intelligence (org charts, financial signals, relationship maps) inside their deal execution workflow.

Decision Guide

Choose based on your situation

Your situation Better fit Why
Salesforce is your single CRM and forecast accuracy is the top priority Weflow Forecast accuracy is architecturally tied to activity capture completeness; Weflow controls the full pipeline from email/meeting capture through AI prediction.
You run multiple CRMs (Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle, SAP) across BUs or regions Aviso Weflow is Salesforce-only; Aviso consolidates forecasting across 6+ CRMs without forcing CRM migration first.
You already use Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo and want to keep them Weflow Compatibility mode prevents duplicate activity logging; Weflow sits alongside engagement tools without replacing them.
You want to replace Outreach/Salesloft and consolidate engagement + forecasting into one vendor Aviso Native multi-channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS) and Virtual SDR Agent eliminate a separate engagement tool.
Budget requires published pricing and a free trial before procurement Weflow $19–$79/user/month, no platform fee, no implementation fee, 14-day self-serve trial; Aviso requires enterprise negotiation with no confirmed entry-level tier.
You already have Gong and need forecasting + pipeline governance without CI overlap Weflow Buy Activity Capture ($19) + Deal Intelligence & Forecasting ($39) without the CI module; modular pricing avoids paying for duplicate conversation intelligence.
You're a European org with strict data residency / GDPR requirements Weflow Berlin HQ, Frankfurt data center, native GDPR consent flows with immediate deletion, zero AI data retention, SOC 2 Type II; Aviso's EU data residency is not confirmed.
Field reps need mobile-first forecast and pipeline access Aviso Dedicated mobile app with forecasting, deal guidance, and CI; Weflow is browser + Chrome Extension and mobile app for field recordings.

What Aviso users say

[str]Strength[/str]

"I like that Aviso provides a very good overview of my current forecast, pipeline, and in-focus activities. It's more facilitated than before because we have our forecast and pipeline for current and following quarters in one place, as opposed to the complicated Excel exports we used previously. Aviso saves me a lot of time and gives me a very good overview of my changes, forecast, and pipeline activities." — Dagmar N., Key Account Manager, 4/5 — G2

[lim]Limitations[/lim]

"Sometimes there's a lag, and sometimes Aviso is down when I need to do forecasting. There will be a note in our channel that Aviso is not working. So I'll have to either update through another means or directly in Salesforce." — Julia C., Mid-Market, 4/5 — G2

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I trial Weflow without touching our production Salesforce instance?

Yes. Weflow trials run against your production Salesforce org or a sandbox—your choice. Setup requires a Salesforce admin plus a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin for Activity Capture deployment; no per-rep OAuth connections are needed. The 14-day trial is self-serve with no vendor involvement required to start.

We already use Salesforce native forecasting. Do we have to rip that out to use Weflow?

No. Weflow forecasting runs independently from Salesforce native forecasting—both operate in parallel without conflict. You'll need to configure Weflow's forecast types, hierarchies, and cadences separately, but nothing changes in your existing Salesforce forecasting setup. Teams typically run both side by side during evaluation, then decide whether to consolidate.

We use Outreach for sequences. Will Weflow create duplicate activities in Salesforce?

Weflow has a compatibility mode that detects and suppresses duplicate activity logging when running alongside Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo. The tradeoff: compatibility checks can add slight latency to activity tracking. Weflow recommends each user have one primary tracking system per channel to keep deduplication reliable.

Can Weflow pull in historical activity data we're missing in Salesforce, or does it only capture going forward?

Both. Historical activity sync is an optional feature that backfills up to 24 months of past emails and meetings into native Salesforce Task, Event, and EmailMessage records. It doesn't delete or overwrite existing activity data—only fills gaps. Going forward, server-side capture runs continuously without rep action.

What Salesforce fields can Weflow forecast on?

Any standard or custom Salesforce field, including formula fields like Gross Margin. Weflow supports multiple currencies and stores field-change history independently—so you're not constrained by Salesforce's field history tracking limits (which cap at 20 fields per object). This matters if your forecast roll-ups depend on custom revenue calculations that Salesforce's native history tracking can't cover.

Can we start with just Activity Capture and add forecasting later, or is it all-or-nothing?

Weflow is modular. Start with Activity Capture at $19/user/month, then add Conversation Intelligence or Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/month each, or move to the full platform at $79/user/month. No re-implementation required when you expand—your Salesforce configuration, mappings, and captured data carry forward across tiers.

Is Ask Weflow AI included in every plan?

No. Ask Weflow AI is included with Conversation Intelligence, Deal Intelligence & Forecasting, and the full platform bundle. It's not available on the Activity Capture plan alone.

What would we genuinely lose by choosing Weflow over Aviso?

Real-time in-call coaching (Weflow is post-call only), a mobile app, native sales engagement sequences with multi-channel cadences, consumption-based forecasting for usage-based revenue models, enterprise account planning with dynamic org charts and financial intelligence (10-K analysis, earnings calls), and multi-CRM support across HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and Siebel. If any of those are hard requirements, Aviso addresses them and Weflow does not.
