Can I trial Weflow in a Salesforce sandbox before touching production data?

Yes, Weflow trials run against either production or sandbox environments. Setup requires a Salesforce admin plus a Google Workspace or Microsoft/Outlook admin. Will the historical backfill overwrite or delete activities already in Salesforce?

What happens to my data if I cancel Weflow?

We already run Outreach/Salesloft; won't Weflow double-log activities?

No. Weflow's compatibility mode deduplicates activity logging when Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo are already capturing sequence-driven emails and calls. You get complete activity coverage across both sequenced and non-sequenced interactions without duplicates in Salesforce.

If a participant opts out or requests data removal, Weflow triggers immediate permanent deletion of that recording data. AI providers retain zero Weflow data. Frankfurt data residency is available for EU requirements.

Is Weflow's pipeline editing UX as fast as Scratchpad's for reps who just need to update fields quickly?

Weflow offers table and Kanban views with real-time bidirectional Salesforce sync and inline editing, but it isn't trying to out Scratchpad on pure editing speed.
