What happens to my existing EAC-captured activities if I switch to Weflow?
There's no supported migration path that converts legacy EAC activities—historically stored in AWS outside native Salesforce objects—into native Salesforce records. Whether that historical data remains visible in your org depends on your current EAC storage model and Summer '25 rollout status. Weflow captures forward from activation and does not retroactively convert EAC data. Can Weflow backfill historical activities, or does capture only start from the day I turn it on?
