Overview

What makes Weflow and Attention different

Weflow

Weflow captures every email, meeting, and call into native Salesforce objects (Task, Event, EmailMessage), extracts methodology fields from conversations into any standard or custom Salesforce field, and runs pipeline management and forecasting. All governed by your existing validation rules, permissions, and role hierarchy.

Attention

Attention records sales calls on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, generates AI transcriptions and summaries, extracts structured data into CRM fields, and includes coaching scorecards and follow-up email generation across multiple CRMs.

Weflow Advantages

Where Weflow wins

Complete activity capture: email + calendar + contacts

Weflow captures the full activity picture: emails, meetings, and contacts—server-side, with no rep action required.

  • Server-side capture runs in the background for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365—no browser extension dependency
  • Captures sent and received emails plus calendar events; treats inbound and outbound equally
  • Auto-maps activities to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Custom Objects, and Cases
  • Auto-creates missing Contacts and sets Opportunity Contact Roles—closes data gaps without rep effort
  • Admin-led enrollment via Google Workspace App or Microsoft Entra ID App eliminates per-rep OAuth; drives 99.9% capture coverage

"Weflow's Activity Capture ticks all boxes for us: it's reliable, data is permanently stored in Salesforce, and it allows for standard reporting." — Nadja Ristig, VP Commercial Operations, IDnowWeflow

When this matters: Your pipeline reviews and board reports depend on complete activity data across email and calendar, not just call recordings.

Pipeline management and deal intelligence

Weflow gives managers and reps a spreadsheet-like pipeline UI with real-time Salesforce sync, AI deal signals, and inline editing across standard and custom objects.

  • Table and Kanban views with inline and bulk editing, shareable templates
  • Real-time bi-directional Salesforce sync across all objects including custom objects
  • 50+ AI deal signals, 0–100 AI deal health scores with risk factors and suggested actions
  • Waterfall, pacing, and coverage analytics for pipeline inspection
  • Weflow Ask AI to ask plain language questions across your data
  • Weflow API to query transcripts and more across different LLMs

"I use Weflow to inspect deals in my pipeline reviews — Weflow allows me to quickly identify deals at-risk." — Maximilian Daub, Managing Director, D-EDGEWeflow

When this matters: Your team runs weekly deal reviews and needs a working pipeline view that writes back to Salesforce in real time—not a read-only dashboard.

Methodology enforcement at scale: MEDDIC to BANT

Weflow's AI Field Updater extracts structured methodology data from conversations and writes it directly into Salesforce fields—with governance intact.

  • 250+ pre-built methodology prompts: MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, BANT, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message
  • AI field updates write to any standard or custom Salesforce object/field (except lookup relationships)
  • Manual review mode or fully automatic mode—admin controls the trust level
  • Respects Salesforce validation rules, field dependencies, permissions, and role hierarchy out of the box
  • Managed-package footprint: 1 custom object and 3 custom fields—minimal schema impact

Blacklane achieved 96% MEDDIC field population in Salesforce after deploying Weflow's AI Field Updater.

When this matters: You've rolled out MEDDIC (or any methodology) but field completion in Salesforce is below 50% because reps won't fill it in manually.

Zero AI data retention and configurable consent

Weflow enforces data governance at the AI layer—not just the CRM layer.

  • Zero AI data retention; no training on customer data
  • Configurable consent flows with immediate permanent deletion on opt-out
  • SSO/SAML with Okta; encryption at rest and in transit
  • ISO 27001 in progress (SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA already covered in trust bar)

When this matters: Your security team requires documented AI data handling policies before approving any tool that processes sales conversations.

Competitor Strength

Where Attention wins

Multi-CRM support beyond Salesforce

Attention works across multiple CRMs out of the box—not just Salesforce.

  • Native support for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Teams on mixed CRM environments can standardize call intelligence without migrating to a single CRM
  • Useful for post-acquisition orgs or regional teams running different CRMs

When this matters: Your GTM org isn't fully on Salesforce, or you're running HubSpot/Dynamics alongside Salesforce across business units.

VoIP and phone call recording

Attention integrates with major VoIP and dialer platforms, covering phone-heavy sales motions that go beyond video meetings.

  • Integrates with Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, Vonage, Zoom Phone, Ring.io, and KrispCall
  • Captures cold calls, warm calls, and inbound phone conversations—not just scheduled video meetings
  • Covers SDR and inside sales motions where the majority of prospect touches happen over the phone

When this matters: Your SDR team runs 40+ cold calls a day through a dialer, and missing those conversations means missing the majority of your activity data.

150+ integrations and workflow automation

Attention connects to a broader ecosystem of sales, data, and workflow tools—with a trigger-based automation builder for post-call workflows.

  • 150+ integrations including Slack, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Snowflake, and Tableau
  • Workflow builder with conversation-finish and user-action triggers plus integration nodes
  • AI Sales Agents and Super Agent architecture for post-call automation (CRM updates, follow-ups, notifications)

"We have been using Attention. That way SDRs can spend their time prospecting instead of typing." — Reddit r/sales, Sept 2025

When this matters: You pipe call data into a data warehouse or BI tool, or you need post-call automations that trigger across Slack, Outreach, and other platforms.

Decision Guide

Choose based on your situation

Your situation Better fit Why
Salesforce org with <50% MEDDIC/SPICED field completion and no budget for an Enterprise-tier CI tool Weflow 250+ pre-built methodology prompts write to any standard or custom Salesforce object at all tiers
GTM org running HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics, or Zoho—not Salesforce Attention Attention supports five CRMs natively; Weflow is Salesforce-only.
RevOps team that needs email + calendar + contact capture alongside call intelligence in one vendor Weflow Attention focuses more on analyzing data and creating follow-up so deals don't fall through the cracks, while Weflow does that with a true focus on accurate data collection first
SDR/inside-sales team where 70%+ of prospect touches are phone calls via dialers Attention Integrates with Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, Vonage, and Zoom Phone; Weflow records video meetings only today (Zoom Phone on roadmap).
Salesforce + Clari handles forecasting; need activity capture + CI without buying forecasting twice Weflow Weflow's Activity & CI bundle ($49/user/mo) fits alongside Clari without duplicating the forecast layer.
Post-acquisition org with reps on mixed CRMs across business units Attention Multi-CRM support lets you standardize call intelligence without forcing CRM migration.
Enterprise org (500+ reps) in a regulated or European market requiring documented GDPR and HIPAA compliance Weflow SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA with BAA, GDPR with Frankfurt data residency, zero AI data retention

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We already use Gong (or Clari, or Outreach). Can Weflow run alongside them without data conflicts?

Yes. Weflow's Activity Capture includes a compatibility mode that deduplicates with Outreach, Salesloft, and Apollo, so you won't get double-logged Tasks or Events in Salesforce. Because Weflow writes to native Salesforce objects (Task, Event, EmailMessage), Clari and Gong read that data through their existing Salesforce connectors—no separate Weflow integration needed.

We're not on Salesforce. Can Weflow work with HubSpot or Dynamics?

No. Weflow requires Salesforce with API access. If your CRM is HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or Zoho, Attention is the better fit—it supports all five natively. Weflow's Salesforce-only architecture is a deliberate tradeoff: it's what enables native object storage, validation rule compliance, and automatic schema detection.

Our team is under 10 users. Is Weflow still an option?

Weflow has a 10-user minimum on annual billing. For teams below that threshold with uncertain headcount, Attention's monthly contract flexibility (praised by G2 reviewers) may be a better fit. If you're at or above 10, Weflow's 14-day free trial lets you validate in a production or sandbox Salesforce environment before committing.

How long does Weflow deployment actually take, and do my reps need to do anything?

Activity Capture: 20–40 minutes of admin setup; reps do nothing. CI and Forecasting: 30–45 minutes of technical setup, then 1–3 weeks to full time-to-value as you configure templates and mappings. Enrollment is centralized via Google Workspace App or Microsoft Entra ID App—no per-rep OAuth. You can use dynamic user enrollment to pull users from the Salesforce User object with WHERE clauses and assign different configurations per team automatically.

Can leadership and non-sales teams access Weflow data without buying seats?

Yes. Weflow includes unlimited free view-only licenses with Conversation Intelligence and the full platform. Product, CS, enablement, and executives can review recordings, summaries, transcripts, pipeline views, and analytics at no cost—which matters for TCO when you're rolling out CI to 20 paid reps but 50 stakeholders need access. Attention's snippet sharing includes a "Require login" toggle that restricts viewing to Attention users; cross-functional access beyond that isn't publicly detailed.

Can we report on Weflow-captured data in our existing BI tools?

Yes. Because Weflow writes to native Salesforce objects, you can build Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Flows on that data directly—no middleware. Teams pipe the same data into Power BI, Looker, or Tableau via their existing Salesforce connectors without a separate Weflow integration. You can also use Weflow API to pull data into LLMs, data lakes or data warehouses.

We only need conversation intelligence right now. Do we have to buy the full platform?

No. Weflow sells modularly: Activity Capture at $19/user/mo, Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/mo, Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/mo, or any combination. The Activity & Conversation Intelligence bundle is $49/user/mo. You can start with one module and expand later without re-implementation.

What happens to our data if we stop using Weflow?

All data Weflow wrote to Salesforce—Tasks, EmailMessages, Events, custom object records—stays in Salesforce permanently. Weflow's managed package footprint is one custom object and three custom fields; uninstalling removes only those. Your reports, Flows, and dashboards built on that activity data keep working.
